At TORQUE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a transparent and hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched by contacting support@torque.com. Full refunds are issued for eligible cancellations.

2. Return Window

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
